The floor also looks like it's tilting forward. The orthagonals don't look like they're going to the same horizon line, and the squares don't appear to be in perspective (the proportion of the dancers to the squares changes as they move back in perspective).
The Irken girls don't appear to be on the same horizon line, either. If they're all on the same floor plane, the one in the middle looks like a giant compared to the others, even if their heights are varied, if they were all lined up in a row, the differences would be way too skewed. Some would look like adults while the others look like midgets, and I think only the Tallest were meant to be proportionate to adults.
In terms of color, I would have liked to see some colored lights instead of just plain white lights. Since it's a dance club, all different kinds of lights are usually used, so you could have had fun with that. The floor just looks like you used the dodge tool to indicate light, which doesn't really strike me as light, they just look like bleached out areas of the floor since they're soft shaded and the characters are cell shaded.
Also in regard to color (and I know this is getting nitpicky now, I'm sorry XD) it's been recorded that Jhonen Vasquez said that Irkens only have eye colors in red, purple, shades of red or purple, or green; not pink or yellow. Female Irkens don't have breasts either, since they're not mammals and are grown in tubes, and thus wouldn't need them.
Overall, It looks like a cute commission. The costumes don't really look very Irkin... a lot of the dresses look pretty human to me, but I guess there's a story here I don't know about. I liked that you varied the skin colors of the girls, it adds a little bit of variety.
Hope that helps!
