This is an original character from a story that Sanoon and I are making up together. Her name is Victoria and she is a demon girl from the demon society in the underworld.
She doesn't appear demon like because she can hide her wings to appear human. And yes, she can fly.
I'll hopefully be posting more of these characters soon!
